Food tech

This Thursday we did food tech our group made a big chocolate bumble bee cake that was three cakes high. I made the cakes at home because we only had an hour to decorate and make everything And it takes an hour to make a cake and let it cool down. So we didn't have enough time to do it. To be BTB ( better than before )  we could put buttercream to make the fondant stick.
